Gochujang Salmon
Ingredients
Serves 2
2 wild-caught salmon fillets
For the marinade:
2 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
1 red chilli
2 spring onions
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp water
Method
Grate the garlic and ginger. Slice the chilli and spring onions. Combine with all remaining marinade ingredients. If you have time, place the salmon in the bowl and leave to marinate in the fridge for a few hours. If not, place the salmon in an oven dish and pour over the marinade. Cover with tin foil and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 180°C. Serve over rice with stir-fried vegetables.
