Blueberry Smoothie


Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cups frozen blueberries

  • 1 tsp nut butter

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

  • Almond milk to blend


method

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for approximately 1 minute.
